Blocked by spotify_engine (#86, #91) and the loopback login listener (#87).

Credentials: the Web API token (client ID, spotify:// callback is fine, ADR 0007), the pasted Soloist API key on Linux, and the librespot playback credential (loopback) elsewhere. Stream via spotify_engine.

See ADR 0021. Acceptance:

AccountStatus covers logged out / expired / not Premium
Quality cap: on librespot Standard plays 160 kbit/s, High plays 320; Soloist plays the best format not above the cap
Spotify Tracks work with the generic Offline cache
Web API client ID from build config, optional user override
