Part of #13

What to build

#15 added the Core offline API (make_offline, remove_offline, offline_tracks, Track.offline, OfflineChanged event) but nothing in the app calls it. Expose it in the Tauri shell and UI so a listener can mark a Track offline, remove it, and see what is offline.

Acceptance criteria

  • Tauri commands for make offline, remove offline and list Offline Tracks
  • Track rows offer mark/remove offline, with progress or busy state (caching blocks while the stream is read) and errors shown
  • Offline Tracks show a visible indicator wherever Tracks are listed
  • UI follows OfflineChanged events so the indicator updates live
  • A view listing all Offline Tracks
  • Bulk album/Playlist actions are left to #16's Core API; wire them here once it lands

Implemented in 2335cfb and f77d0e5: Tauri commands (make/remove/list offline, bulk album and Playlist), offline toggle with busy state and errors on track rows, indicator in track, playlist and queue rows, live updates from OfflineChanged, Offline view in the sidebar, bulk buttons on album and Playlist pages. Not done: indicator in player bar/big player; bulk progress count.
