What to build

Caching has its own Quality cap separate from streaming. Listener can mark albums and Playlists offline, see cache size, resume interrupted caching, and see Offline Tracks that the Source no longer allows (e.g. expired Premium).

Acceptance criteria

Separate caching Quality cap setting honoured
Album and Playlist bulk mark offline
Cache size readout via Core
Interrupted caching retries or resumes
Tracks disallowed by their Source are flagged
Core integration tests

Done in 1d94990: caching Quality cap, bulk album/Playlist offline, cache size, resumable caching, disallowed flag, with Core integration tests (offline_management). UI wiring continues in #31.

Implemented in Core: separate caching Quality cap, bulk offline for albums/Playlists/Source Playlists (skips cached, retries once), cache size readout, and offline_disallowed() flagging for Sources whose account is no longer logged in. Tests in crates/core/tests/offline_management.rs.
