Core holds a Track silent until its video is known and routes controls to the video (#93) ... 49c4d76bed

Fixes the audible blip, and makes media keys, MPRIS and Handoff act on the
video instead of starting host audio over it. The video's progress is the
playback state; its end moves the Queue on; an unplayable video falls back
to audio where it stopped.
