What to build

A persistent bottom bar showing art, title, artist, play/pause, previous, next, shuffle, repeat, seek, volume, and the current Track's Source and quality. Clicking the cover or an expand button opens a big player overlay inside the window: large art, title/artist, full controls, seek, volume, and a tab strip. Esc or a button closes it. A slot is reserved for a Lyrics tab but nothing is built for it yet. Tabs register through a small view registry so Plugins can add tabs later.

Acceptance criteria

  • Bar and overlay replace the old Now Playing component
  • Esc closes the overlay; focus returns to where it was
  • Tab registry is a plain module with vitest tests (register, order, remove)
  • Verified by running the app

Implemented in d3bf3c0 and a follow-up commit: PlayerBar, BigPlayer overlay, tab registry (tabs.ts) with vitest tests. Replaces NowPlaying. Bar shows the Quality cap (Track has no stream format yet). Not yet checked in the running Tauri window.
