Part of #13

What to build

User installs a Plugin from a .zip containing manifest, wasm and optional UI bundle. The app validates it, shows the requested capabilities (Sources, playback events, UI views, DSP), records consent, then enables it. User can enable, disable and uninstall Plugins.

Acceptance criteria

  • Install from file through Core
  • Invalid manifest, missing wasm and bad archive give clear errors
  • Requested capabilities presented and consent recorded
  • Enable, disable and uninstall work
  • Core integration tests with fixture packages

Implemented in core (commits 8fd657a, e35c6d7): preview/install from .zip with consent, enable/disable/uninstall (apply on restart), integration tests. Not done: Tauri commands/UI, Sources/events/UI/DSP capability model beyond network/filesystem/user_folders/storage.
