What to build

Native HTML5 port of the hidden Miniloco train sim, live at its own route, replacing the Ruffle-hosted entry. Built from the reverse-engineering ticket's findings.

Acceptance criteria

  • Native port renders/plays correctly in browser, verified interactively
  • docs/games/miniloco/modernization.md and parity.md written
  • Route added; SWF_GAMES entry updated so it no longer serves via Ruffle (still hidden, reachable via /verborgen)
  • docs/conversion-tracker.md row updated: tier confirmed, status marked done
