+- `/rv help` - Get list of commands
+- `/rv reload` - Reload the plugin
+- `/rv create <RideID> <UpdateFrequency>` - Create a ridecount itemframe. The UpdateFrequency is `NEVER`, `DAILY` or `WEEKLY`.
+- `/rv update <RideID>` - Force the update of a ridecount itemframe.
+- `/rv remove <RideID>` - Remove a ridecount itemframe.
