Describe the bug
When spawning a persistent car, the wheels are rotated 180 degrees inwards.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Do command /vehicle spawnpersistent {car}

Expected behavior
Car wheels should appear as they do on actual cars.
