Describe the bug
when vehicle-drive is enabled in a region they can't drive there just as expected but when they go near the region from another region and just enter it the vehicle is bricked since it can't drive there. This means it can't back out of the region either

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
drive from non-restriced area to restricted area

Expected behavior
Vehicle can backup and get out of there (block it just before the enter)
