Describe the bug
It doesn't detect when leaving a seat of a broken vehicle.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have collision.despawnOnZeroHealth set to false
  2. Break a vehicle (i.e. crashing into a wall)
  3. Leaving the vehicle or any other seat
  4. Try to sit on the same seat
  5. See that you can't cause it's "occupied"
