Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It could be awesome if every vehicle would also have a license plate related to it (not unique) and it would be visible to other players.

Describe the solution you'd like
Just like how Seats and Rotors and Wheels work - add another invisible Armor Stand with an "always on" custom name to show the license plate in the back and front (configurable) of the car.

Here's an example of how I imagine it'd look :)
