Vehicle not moving/moving slow while looking down

Describe the bug
Hi, i've had some issues with the vehicles spawning.. for some reason if i spawn any vehicle while looking on the same block i'm standing on the vehicle wont move at all, if i look a bit away it will go slow, if i look 2 block away from my location the vehicles will normally work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Your server'
Give a vehicle
Spawn it while looking on the same block you're standing on
Done, no console errors.

Expected behavior
I expect the vehicle to work normally

Installed plugins: Plugman, Vault, ProtocolLib, Essentials, VehiclesPlusPro
VehiclesPlus Version: Latest (2.4.4.1)
Pro or Lite? Pro
Server Platform and Version [eg: PaperSpigot 1.x.x #xxx]: Spigot 1.16.5
Operating System (if applicable): Windows 10 (or any other VPS operating system)

Additional context
It doesn't send any error in console or lag, the vehicle just doesnt work.

@DanielDark1 We do not support 1.16.x because of multiple armorstand related issues in Minecraft's client itself. Could you try another version (like 1.17.x or 1.20.2)?
