Vehicles doesnt works. They are not given to the player/ spawn #162

Describe the bug
No errors in console, and brand new downloaded plugin, BUT, it doesnt spawns/gives vehicles, they shows in /v give and /v shop
But theres no vehicles when buying vehicle, or giving/spawning it to player
(Texture pack doesnt helps)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error

Expected behavior
I expected, vehicles gonna spawn, but they doesnt even gives in inventory

And one more question, how to add custom vehicles? I didnt found out tutorials how to install them o_o
