Describe the bug
The exitWhileMoving in the v3 does not work for flying vehicle types (for example planes or helicopters).

To Reproduce

Make sure exitWhileMoving is set to false.
Exit while the plane is in the air, but still.
You can exit the vehicle and it will drop down.

Expected behavior
Exit should be cancelled.
