Describe the bug
When I join the car, the start sound of the engine can be heard from all the players in the server. (only this sound, the sound is the default, car.start)

Expected behavior
The sound will be heard from all the players in the server and not only the players near the vehicle

You can modify this if I'm not mistaken in the texture-pack, in sounds.json, I'm 99% sure that there's a setting for how far the sound can be heard from
Might be fixed in v3, must be verified.
