Add fuel pumps, if it is not added yet. And add wheels for special terrain. (for example off-road wheels)

On different terrain, on special blocks some wheels will be faster. For example offroad wheels will be good on grass.

And some questions. How can I get spoilers? Those give commands on wiki are old and don't work normally.
