Placeholder, found during the UI text and layout review.

Reordering the Queue uses HTML5 drag and drop (ui/src/lib/Queue.svelte), which does not fire for touch input. On phones and tablets there is no way to move a Track within the Queue.

To decide:

A "Move up" / "Move down" (and maybe "Play next") entry in the track menu, or
touch-friendly drag handles with pointer events.

The same applies to reordering tracks inside a Playlist (PlaylistPage.svelte), which also relies on drag and drop.
