What to build

Queue entries carry an origin (manual, context, radio) and the Queue remembers the context it was started from (label and reference, e.g. a Playlist or album). Manually added Tracks (play next, add to queue) play before context entries. Starting a new Playlist or album replaces the context entries and keeps manual ones. A clear action empties the Queue. Old saved Queues still load. The existing Queue page shows manual and context entries as two sections so the behaviour is visible end to end.

Acceptance criteria

Core tests: manual entries play before context entries; new context keeps manual entries; clear empties everything; a pre-existing persisted Queue loads
Core exposes origin and context on the Queue state and in Queue events
Old Queue page shows the two sections and a clear button
Existing Queue behaviour (shuffle, repeat, gapless, restore) still passes its tests

Implemented in fe8f3d7: Queue entries carry origin (manual/context), Queue remembers its context, manual tracks play before context, new Playlist replaces context and keeps manual, clear_queue added, old saved queues load, Queue page shows two sections and a Clear button. Album contexts not covered: Core has no play-album path yet.
