What to build

Update the domain docs so linked Playlists have agreed language before code lands. In GLOSSARY.md: remove Source Playlist, redefine Playlist (one type, optionally linked to a Source), add a term for a Playlist linked to a Source, and extend Queue with entry origin (manual, context, radio) and context. Add an ADR recording: a Playlist has zero or one Source link; Tracks of the linked Source write through; Tracks of other Sources stay app-side and are marked not on the Source; sync lets the Source own its Tracks and keeps app-side extras anchored after the preceding Track.

Acceptance criteria

Glossary has no remaining Source Playlist term, and the new terms have Avoid lines like the others
ADR explains the decision and the rejected options (one-time import, read-only linked part, extras always at the end)
No other doc still describes Source Playlists as a separate concept
