What to build

An unlinked Playlist gets a "Link to Source" action (ADR 0025). The user picks from logged-in Sources that export create_playlist and add_to_playlist. A playlist with the Playlist's name is created on that Source, that Source's Tracks are added to it, and the Playlist becomes a Linked Playlist. A Playlist with none of that Source's Tracks is linked empty, so later adds write through. Other Sources' and local Tracks stay app-side, marked as not on the Source (ADR 0004).

The action is hidden in Offline mode, when the Playlist already has a link, and when no Source qualifies.

Acceptance criteria

Source picker lists only logged-in Sources with the required exports
Linking creates the Source playlist, pushes that Source's Tracks, and marks the Playlist linked
Empty case links and later adds write through
Foreign and local Tracks stay in the Playlist, marked as not on the Source
Action hidden offline, when already linked, or when no Source qualifies
Core integration test with a fixture Source plugin
