What to build

Native HTML5 port of the hidden Schelpenstrand (public/flash/schelpen.swf, reachable only via /verborgen), live at its own route.

Acceptance criteria

  • Reverse-engineered and documented in docs/games/schelpen/reverse-engineering.md and assets.md
  • Native port renders/plays correctly in browser, verified interactively
  • docs/games/schelpen/modernization.md and parity.md written
  • Route added; SWF_GAMES entry updated so it no longer serves via Ruffle (still hidden, reachable via /verborgen)
  • docs/conversion-tracker.md row updated: tier confirmed, status marked done
